Green Field Fabrication

BROWN FIELD FABRICATION

Experience: Liner replacements, Column Tray Replacements. Radial Flow Systems, Screens, Dividing Walls, Anchors, Cyclones, Bellows, Filters, Beds, Distributors etc.
Dimensions : Ranges from 400 mm Dia to 12.5 Mtr Dia
Tray Types: Bubble Cap, Sieve Deck Tray, Valve Tray and Baffle Tray of Casale, Saipem, Haldor Topsoe, Sulzer & Koch-Glitsch
Weights: Up to 218 Tons are handled in internals.
Thickness: Ranges from 1mm up to 90 mm.
Accuracy: Ranges up to 0.1 mm

SHOP FLOOR FABRICATION

Experience: Process Vessels, Heaters and Heat Exchangers.
Materials: CS, SS, Alloy Steels and Cladding.
Type: Mono Wall shells fabrication up to thickness of 115 mm.
Process: SMAW, GTAW, SAW and Orbital Welding.
Hydrotest pressure: Ranges up to 260 Kg/cm2g.
Dimensions: Ranges up to 4.3 Mtr Dia and 21 Mtr Length.
Weights: Ranges up to 460 Tons of each equipment.

SHUTDOWN & TURNAROUND

Modification, Revamp and Upgradation of process vessels, columns, heat exchangers, piping and structure.
Overhauling of Heat Exchangers, section and tray replacements, maintenance, repair and inspection work.
Replacement of Column section with piping, platforms and trays in a record time of 11.5 days.
Capacity to deploy up to 800 personnel to work on multiple fronts.

INTERNAL WORKS/TRAY REPLACEMENTS

CRITICAL ASSEMBLIES

Experience : Oil & Gas, Nuclear Power Plants, Defence and Aero Space projects
Assembly of various equipment and piping at different elevations over the length of 100 Mtr with an accuracy of 1 mm concentricity.
Dismantling and assembly of 32 Mtr Diameter Dish Antenna for aerospace with 0.001mm panel surface alignment accuracy.
Assembly of calandria piping at an accuracy of 1 Thou (0.0254 mm).
Ball Mill shell alignment at an accuracy of 0.01 mm.

AMMONIA CONVERTER

Experience: Executed 25 various Ammonia Converter projects from the year 1991.
Materials : Alloy Steel, Vanadium Steel, SS and Inconel
Type: Basket, Scallops & Centre Pipe design multi wall horizontal & vertical converters.
Thickness: Ranges from 169 mm to 231 mm.
Unique platforming system design to install the internals in safer & more efficient way.
Record of installing 7 Casale Cartridges in a single day.
Worked with Haldor Topsoe, Johnson Screens, Casale, Saipem & KBR.

UREA REACTOR

Experience : Executed 26 various Urea Reactor projects from the year 1989.
Materials: Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel, SS 310, SS 316L, 25 Cr Duplex SS and Titanium.
Type: Mono Wall, Multi Wall, Multi-Layer and Wrapper Multi-Layer Vessels.
Thickness: Shell ranges from 86 mm to 168 mm and Liner from 3 mm to 10 mm.
Dimensions: Diameters of 1900 mm to 3500 mm & Lengths of 19 Mtr to 56 Mtr.
Hydrotest pressure: Ranges up to 405 Kg/cm2g

CCRG & CCR PLATFORMING REACTOR

Executed 03 CCR Platforming Reactors with internals and on all CCRG equipment internals as per UOP requirements.
Dimensions: Diameter of 2100 mm and Length of 62 Mtr
Achieved accuracies of 0.57 mm in internals.
Record of Installing 2 internal reactors internals in 10 Days of single shift.
Unique platforming system design to install the internals in safer & more efficient way.
